QUALITY POLICY
The management of INGENIERÍA Y MONTAJES RÍAS BAJAS, S.A., company dedicated to the design, manufacture, assembly and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, petroleum plants, metal structures, metal piping, boilermaking and machinery in general, establishes the following general directives to get the Scope of Quality, that constitute its Quality Policy, looking for:
- obtain the satisfaction of its clients, providing them products and services which agreed with the stablished requirements, needs, expectations and specifications, including actual norms and legislations;
- control the fulfillment of the requirements, as much for the client as for those who affects him;
- adapt to new changes;
- continuously form its employees, according to its activity, letting the necessary knowledge to do their work with the maximum respect for the environment and needful satisfaction of the clients and the areas of the company; and
- improve continuously.
To do that it has decided to carry out the development and implementation of a Quality Management System according to UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000.
The management is committed to make understand each worker that is responsible for the quality of their own work with the purpose of assuring the understanding of the Quality Management System, and is implanted and maintained by the totally of the organization contributing to the satisfaction of the client.
